Michelle Foster

I honorably served 20 years in the Marine Corps and have often wondered, where did the time go? While on active duty in the Marine Corps my duties were in Human Resources and Administrative Management/Officer in the United States and Overseas. I am a truly diverse person and never meet strangers.

After completing 20 years in the Military, I continued to move around from state to state and job to job trying to find my place in the work force. After a few years of moving around and changing “jobs”, I knew I needed to take command of the next phase of my career.

I stepped out on faith and faced my fears of the unknown head on. The unknown is now known, and I would like to do the same for my clients. By being a Career Ownership Coach, I specialize in helping my Clients with their education, awareness, and discovery as they explore the possibilities available to them. I create a safe space for them to explore their options and learn about ways to attain their goals, needs and expectations.

“I started with just me and one truck, working out of my garage. I now have four employees, and I am in a commercial space. The earnings potential is pretty well limitless at this point. I am busy. I do have to spend time away from my family just as I did before. But now, if I want to stay home and cook my kids breakfast, I can. On nice sunny days, if I want to cut out early to take the kids swimming, I do. I don’t just have weekends to choose from anymore.”
